Tyler Varga, CFA
Managing Partner & Principal
Tyler is a driven and team-oriented entrepreneur and a professional with a proven ability to work closely with founders, executives, and investors in the lower-middle-market across North America.
With nearly a decade of private equity experience, Tyler has expertise in commercializing business plans, guiding complex corporate strategies, providing financial oversight, and introducing operational best practices.
He leverages his skillset to acquire and invest in small and medium businesses that are exploring ownership transitions or looking to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science from Yale University, a certificate from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and is a CFA Charterholder. Prior to his finance career, he played professional football in the NFL for the Indianapolis Colts.
Raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, he has lived in multiple U.S. cities and now resides in Calgary.
